Determination of Genetic Diversity in Selected Salt Tolerance and Sensitive Wheat by Random Amplified Polymorphic cDNA

The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity and markers associated with salinity tolerance in three genotypes wheat created for salt by plant breeding program, as well two Iraqi varieties using random amplified polymorphic cDNA (RAPD-PCR) eight primers were used. results RAPD marker revealed that there are variations several particular segments various sizes between selected local more variation except (OPG-09) did not appear any band cultivars. phylogenetic tree analysis (cluster) based on presence or absence DNA each primer used classify similar into main groups (1H, Iraq) clustered first group a distance 85% (2H, Ibaa99) second 84%.The similarity data shows relationship cultivars, highest 0.428571 (1H 2H) cultivar (I), lowest value 0.066667 genotype 3H). confirmed efficiency technique those studied determination among them.
